The Home Depot

This store has to have the laziest and most incompetent employees I've ever seen. If you have a question, good luck in getting it answered. These employees are paid peanuts and it shows in how they serve the public. The bald guy that works in doors didn't want to work, so he took off his orange apron and pretended he was a customer so I wouldn't ask him questions. If they don't like their jobs, they need to go find another one. It's that simple

One of the worst Home Depot’s I had to encounter in seven years that I’ve been delivering items to customers. Customer service just refuses to learn how to use their handheld to help delivery drivers pick up items to bring to customers. Even after offering to help them, learn how to provide better service they have refused even upon calling the manager. manager seemed to care less his name was Jason. Being a supervisor for two different companies currently this is definitely not how I would want my employees that I train to treat drivers or customers and we want orders to go Immediately cause that is our bread and butter at the end of the day regardless if the company is big or small. Home Depot should want to get their orders out in order to make money. This Home Depot just seems to care less about that. I will make sure I let everyone Know about this. They need to go to the other Home Depot’s and see how well they treat drivers and customers and always want to make sure that the orders go out. this customer service rep. Didn’t even want to call the customer to offer a replacement when something is not in stock. They do as less as possible and don’t want to deal with anything. Hor

I just wanted to share how incredibly helpful Yianna was in the paint section. From the moment we walked in, she took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us compare colors, and made sure we had the right supplies for the job. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we felt confident in our choices. What really stood out was that she continued assisting us even after closing, never rushing us and going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication made the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable. Employees like her truly make a difference, and we’re very grateful for the outstanding service she provided. Thanks again

I think all Home Depot’s are great because you can always get what you need. I only rate these places depending on the staff. This one was a friendly staff which was knowledgeable about what I needed. Quick in and out & inventory was sufficient. Good location

We've been going to Home Depot ever since we started our business, and we couldn't be happier! Every time we need plumbing supplies, Home Depot always has what we need in stock. The customer service is fantastic—staff are always friendly and ready to help. Home Depot has become our go-to place for any plumbing supplies, and we highly recommend it to anyone in the industry!
